• Year group
• Current ability
• Learning needs
• Academic goals
• Availability
• Tutor suitability
2. Enquiries and consultations
Submitting an enquiry through the Tailored Maths website does not create an obligation to purchase tutoring services.

The purpose of the consultation is to understand the student's needs and determine whether Tailored Maths can provide suitable support.
3. Tutoring sessions
Standard Tailored Maths lessons are 60 minutes in length.
Lessons are delivered online unless otherwise agreed.
Tailored Maths will make reasonable efforts to provide a tutor who is suitable for the student's requirements.
However, we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular tutor, specific lesson time or particular academic outcome.
4. Fees
The standard price for Tailored Maths tutoring is: £30 per 60-minute lesson.
Any alternative pricing arrangement must be agreed before the relevant tutoring takes place.
The applicable price and payment arrangements will be communicated to the parent or guardian before lessons commence.
5. Payment
Payment for scheduled lessons must be received at least 3 days before the scheduled lesson unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed with Tailored Maths.
For example, payment for a Friday lesson would normally be due by Tuesday.
Tailored Maths may contact the parent or guardian regarding outstanding payments.
Where payment has not been received by the required deadline, Tailored Maths reserves the right to suspend or cancel the relevant lesson or tutoring arrangement.
6. Cancellations and rescheduling
Parents or guardians should provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or requesting to reschedule a lesson.
Cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice
Where at least 24 hours' notice is provided, the lesson will not be charged. Tailored Maths will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the lesson, subject to availability.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice
Where a lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, the full lesson fee of £30 will be payable.
Student non-attendance
If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson without providing appropriate notice, the lesson will be treated as a late cancellation and the full lesson fee will be payable.
Tutor cancellation
If a tutor needs to cancel a lesson, the parent or guardian will not be charged for that lesson. Tailored Maths will make reasonable efforts to rearrange the lesson or provide an appropriate alternative tutor.
7. Tutor availability
